SRT全名Spiritual Response Therapy (靈性反應療法)，來自美國一位叫Robert E. Detzler的，他接收了一些圖表，由太太幫把圖表的訊息畫出來，這些SRT圖表成為一套機制，是透過進入潛意識來讀取靈魂記錄，用作清理負能量，令人生較容易moving on前進。
